To do that, you have to download and instal a software in both computers, office and home.

This software is free and easy to use, it will give you a password and username or machine id. Software name is Team-viewer. Search in google, u will find it easily.

Write down these pwd id in your home pc's teamviewer login window.
Enjoy..

Note: The pc, you're connecting to, must be on and connected to the internet.
Teamviewer must be running in it.
Read teamviewer's help for details.
